Izakaya is the Japanese afterwork concept that has spread to the most avant-garde cities in the world. The Kai, located in the south of Tenerife, in La Caleta, is born with a renewed proposal of Nikkei cuisine, which fuses Japanese cuisine with Peruvian food. Its privileged location, which offers a quiet atmosphere next to the sea, and its establishment, with a very careful aesthetic and design, complete the gastronomic experience of this modern Izakaya so valued by its customers.
The Kai restaurant set itself the goal of raising its brand image and digital presence. It needed a new multilingual website that positions the brand and with the ability to become a marketing tool, as well as a support tool in the management of reservations.
First we studied the brand and Kai's proposal in depth to understand its identity and integrate it throughout the creative process. Then we evaluated the objectives of the different users and their actions within the website, to define navigation flows that facilitate these actions and generate a smooth experience without friction.
