The Canary Islands Institute for Cultural Development is committed to the avant-garde with a modern website and the No-code philosophy.
The new website of the Canary Islands Institute for Cultural Development
The Canary Islands Institute for Cultural Development (ICDC) is a public company dependent on the area of Culture of the Government of the Canary Islands, in charge of managing, promoting and disseminating activities and implementing a large part of the cultural policy of this Autonomous Community. Its work formulas revolve around three fundamental axes, oriented towards social and community development, the right to culture, and its contribution to economic development.
The Institute's objective is to have a new website, under a customized design, that incorporates solutions for the needs of a public institution with such a large volume of information and services to citizens. This implies that, in addition to the user experience, it should serve as an optimal management tool for the ICDC administration team.
The first thing was to understand the database logic for all the elements and information units, how they relate to each other, how they are managed on a daily basis and what is their function. Thanks to this, we designed the web management flows, automating most of the processes and creating relationships between them to facilitate subsequent management. Finally, we developed the product design with part of our No-Code stack of tools; webflow, zapier and weglot.
ICDC now has, for its new phase, a tool that adapts like a glove to its management needs and efficiently connects its projects and services with the public.
"We highlight the professionalism and adherence to deadlines that they have demonstrated, especially in resolving the emergencies that have arisen."
