Imagine is an emblematic nightlife venue in the whole of the Caribbean, a discotheque built inside a natural cave in Punta Cana with more than 2000 seats and which is a reference point for nightlife in the region.
After the hard blow that Covid has meant for nightlife, with Imagine we faced the challenge of designing and executing a customer acquisition strategy for its reopening and, after a restructuring of the indirect channels, to convert its website and online channel into its main ticket sales engine. The goal was to achieve a 20% online share in the first year.
The aim is to re-fill Imagine's rooms with the audience and atmosphere that makes it such an iconic venue and to reach a new foreign customer segment. After identifying the needs of each customer segment in this new context, we have designed and orchestrated multichannel Display, Social Ads and SEM campaigns, as well as retargeting strategies. Designing specific landing pages for events and special openings.
Imagine has managed to raise its brand positioning also at the digital level, in addition to regaining its position as a benchmark for Caribbean nights. In the first half of the year, we have reached a 50% share of online sales. "The Cave" is once again filling up its venues every weekend.
