One of the Canary Islands Institute for Cultural Development's most high-profile initiatives is the International Music Festival of the Canary Islands. This year, with a world-class line-up and great logistical challenges due to the restrictions imposed by Covid.

The challenge.
The Festival, among other major challenges, required a web platform that would incorporate all the information about the festival, from the opening dates to the types of tickets, participants and artists. A website at the service of users, which could be easily managed by the ICDC management team.
The strategy.
Our main objective was to meet a very tight deadline that had to be pushed ahead of schedule. Therefore, we set the team to develop the platform with a system of work organisation by SPRINTS that would allow us to have the necessary additional testing time to avoid a rushed and buggy release.
The result.
In just a few weeks of development, the website was finished and had time to be tested internally together with the ICDC team. It was published days before the deadline.
